Collection of 6 Japanned Stable Name Plates

A collection of six, rare horses stable name plates.

Each one is Japanned tin bearing the horses name in gilt or yellow lettering. Two of the plates have been over painted with the outline of the previous horses name visible.

Rare items that make for an interesting group display. Circa 1900 and in good decorative order, some wear to the paint as only to be expected.
